Here's a video of Mischa Maisky which is quite amazing. It's obviously when he was much younger, probably around the 70's.

I feel he is truly one of the best cellist's in the world if not the best.

He has emotionally driven robotic movements that hit the precise note in the proper tempo thus creating a musical delight that goes beyond the ears.
